停滯性通膨（stagflation），是指經濟成長停滯與通貨膨脹並存的現象。

此時，國家經濟成長緩慢、物價持續攀升，引發廠商獲利率降低、民間消費支出縮減、失業率攀升等負面現象。
「停滯性通膨」一詞起源於第一次石油危機，當時以阿戰爭石油禁運，導致為期兩年之久的通貨膨脹，同時也造成一九七四年到一九七五年兩年的全球經濟大衰退。
以台灣為例，一九七四年消費者物價（CPI）年增率高達百分之四十七，經濟成長率（GDP）降至百分之一點一，是典型的停滯性通膨。
